The 12^th edition of “Macedonian Cultural Summer 2019” was organized by Association of Macedonians in origin from Albania SONCE Skopje and was held in the period from 01st till 05th July, 2019 in Pustec, Albania

The aim of this Event was to promote and support the traditional cultural values, local economic development, cultural tourism and cross-border cooperation.

The specific objective of this Event was, through carefully selected cultural events to enhance the development and promotion of cultural, traditional, natural heritage along with strengthening the networking in Prespa region.

This Event contributed to the development of rural and mountain tourism in the cross-border region of Prespa. Also contributed in strengthening the cross-border collaboration in which beside the promotion of the cultural values, it also enhanced the economic and tourist potential of the region of Prespa.

The event was supported within the project: “Diversification of economic activities in rural areas of Southeast Europe through value chain development (SEDRA)” implemented by SWG and GIZ.
